* Provided leadership and oversight for development of construction schedule and integrating with engineering, procurement, and startup (by others) of a multi-billion $ LNG Project in TX. Modified and improved the schedule and won client and third party consultant’s confidence for baseline approval.

* Provided project schedule analysis using Primavera P6 for dispute resolution for a power sector client to estimate and recover losses due to owner caused delays.
